Hi, I’m Olivia and I’ve always been a bit of a ‘Foodie’! I did a GCSE and ‘A’ Level in Food Tech, and then went on to study it at Uni. I love my job and I have worked on some really interesting projects;

I made the ‘Rat Burger’ Burgers for the David Walliams TV movie...

I made the ‘Rat Burger’ Burgers for the David Walliams TV movie. It was a challenge because of Sheridan Smith being Vegan and not wanting to touch mince meat, so I used a mix of beans and beetroot and it looked perfect. I’ve also made Dog Food that humans can eat for a prank on ‘8 out of 10 Cats’ which Jimmy Carr ate. The rest of my time is spent making food look beautiful for magazines and TV commercials.

I’m very creative, if I wasn’t a food stylist I would probably like to be a florist, I’m definitely not cut out to be sat in an office all day or on a computer.

I have a new found obsession with Japanese food after spending some time there. It’s exciting to be making fresh and healthy dishes with ingredients that I wouldn’t normally use. I take a lot of inspiration from places I visit and I love to travel. One of my favourite holiday destinations is Florida, not so much for the food, just because I love it there!

My guilty pleasure is a long soak in the bath. I can literally lie in their and watch a whole movie! I also obviously enjoy reading lots of cook books!

I make a lot of cakes, but my own personal favourite is a real traditional Victoria sponge, just perfect with a nice cup of tea.
